Your network, engineered once and supported for years.
Infinity Networks designs, installs and then runs the network. We work under a three-year Management Service Agreement with a written SLA, because the value of a well built network shows up in year two, not week one.

Five disciplines, one accountable team
Most problems that reach a help desk started as a design decision. We hold both ends: the engineering that shapes the network and the operations that keep it running.
Network design and implementation
Site survey, addressing and VLAN plan, hardware selection, structured cabling, wireless design, carrier coordination and a cutover plan with a rollback.

Managed network services
Monitoring with real thresholds, firmware and patch discipline, configuration backups, change control, and an on-call path that reaches an engineer who knows your site.

Comcast CBR2 and EPON
The specialization other providers hand back to the carrier. Bridge mode behavior, static IP handoff, EPON fiber demarcation, failover design and escalation with evidence.

Not sure which you need?
Most engagements start with an assessment. We document what you have, what is at risk and what it will take to stabilize, before anyone talks about a contract.
We go deeper on the Comcast edge than most providers will.
A large share of South Florida business connectivity terminates on Comcast Business equipment. When something is wrong at that boundary, the usual outcome is a support ticket, a truck roll and a gateway swap that changes nothing.
We work the Comcast Business CBR2 gateway and Comcast’s EPON fiber access at a level that lets us tell you which side of the demarcation the fault is on, and prove it. That shortens outages, and it changes the conversation with the carrier.
- CBR2 bridge mode behavior, and what it does not disable
- Static IP block handoff and routed subnet placement
- DOCSIS 3.1 versus EPON access selection per site
- Failover design across diverse access paths
- Documented evidence packages for carrier escalation

The Management Service Agreement
We do not sell blocks of hours. Break-fix rewards the provider when your network is unstable, which is the wrong incentive for both of us. Our engagements run on a three-year MSA with service levels written into the document.
-
Assessment
We document the environment as it actually is: topology, addressing, circuits, licensing, hardware age, backup state and exposure. You keep the document whether or not we go further.
-
Remediation plan and scope
What has to be fixed before a service level can be honored, what is optional, and what it costs. Anything we cannot commit to supporting is named explicitly.
-
Agreement and onboarding
The MSA defines covered assets, response and restoration targets, escalation path, change control and the review cadence. Onboarding builds the documentation and monitoring behind it.
-
Steady state and review
Monitoring, patching, config control and support against the SLA, with a scheduled business review covering incidents, capacity, lifecycle and next year’s plan.
Because that is when the work pays off
Year one is stabilization and documentation. Year two is when a properly designed network stops producing incidents, and year three is when lifecycle planning saves real money. A one-year term prices in the risk that none of that gets finished.
A three-year term also lets us plan hardware refresh, circuit renegotiation and license consolidation on your calendar instead of reacting to whatever expires next.
Environments where the network is not optional
HOAs and community associations
Clubhouses, gatehouses, fitness centers, pool decks and amenity campuses. Multiple buildings, seasonal load, board oversight and a management company in the middle.

Professional services firms
Law, accounting, medical and design practices where downtime is billable time lost and client data carries a regulatory obligation.

Manufacturing and distribution
Plant floor and warehouse coverage, scanners and label printers, and the multi-site connectivity that ties an office to an operation.

Local service area, South Florida
Our local service area covers four counties. We dispatch engineers to sites in Palm Beach, Broward, Miami-Dade and Martin counties, and support client locations beyond that footprint remotely.
- Palm Beach County including Palm Beach Gardens, Jupiter, West Palm Beach, Boynton Beach and Boca Raton
- Broward County including Fort Lauderdale, Coral Springs, Weston and Pembroke Pines
- Miami-Dade County including Miami, Doral, Aventura and Kendall
- Martin County including Stuart, Palm City and Hobe Sound
Beyond the four counties
We support client sites outside the local service area under the same agreement. Onsite dispatch to those locations is scheduled rather than same-day, and is priced differently. That distinction is written into the MSA rather than discovered on an invoice.
From the engineering bench
Practical write-ups on the problems we actually get called for.
CBR2 in bridge mode: what actually changes
Bridge mode is treated as a switch that turns the gateway into a modem. It is not. Here is what stays active, what breaks, and when to put your own firewall behind it.

Writing an HOA network RFP that gets comparable bids
Boards receive three proposals that price three different projects. Here is how to specify the work so the numbers can be compared line for line.

Start with an assessment, not a contract.
Tell us what you have and what keeps breaking. We will walk the site, document the environment and give you a written picture of it. What you do with that is your call.
